All you have to do is take one of our Foundation courses and then you can attend our crossfit classes. You can attend our Cardio Club & Gymnastics class without doing our Beginner course.

What is CrossFit?

Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program that provides a fitness regime that is broad, general and inclusive. At CFR, we specialise in provide fitness for all abilities, from novice to elite. CrossFit is a scalable program, we use the same workouts for all ages and all backgrounds, but we scale load and intensity, so it suits everyone. You will improve fitness, strength, flexibility and much more as well as a great sense of acievement.
